Almond Crackers

Servings/Yield: 42 crackers

Ingredients

  • 42 Keebler Club House Crackers
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup slivered almonds

Method

Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie sheet with foil, place crackers on foil. Over medium heat, bring butter and sugar to boil, stirring constantly. Cook for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Pour mixture over crackers. Cover with slivered almonds. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Crackers may stick together, so separate them while still warm.
