Bleu Cheese Dip


  • 1 8 oz cream cheese
  • 4 ounces crumbled bleu cheese
  • 1-2 cloves crushed/minced garlic
  • ¼ cup whipping cream or half and half
  • 4 pieces bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup chopped Blue Diamond Smokehouse Almonds, chopped


Heat oven to 350°. Brown, drain and crumble the bacon. Mix together cream cheese, whipping cream, bleu cheese, olive oil and garlic. Stir in the crumbled bacon. Place all ingredients in an oven-proof dish and bake 25 minutes or until bubbly on sides. Sprinkle top with chopped almonds. Serve with crackers or bread.
