Bleu Cheese Dressing


  • 2 cup buttermilk
  • 4 ounces bleu cheese
  • 1 qrt mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes (Do not use fresh parsley as the leaves will spoil.
  • The dry parsley wil last much longer in the dressing.)


Use a fork to mix a bit of the buttermilk with the cheese until the cheese is soft but not smooth. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Do not use a food blender or a food processor. Refrigerate. Stir before each use.
