Cheese Garlic Biscuits


Servings/Yield: 12


  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups Bisquick® baking mix
  • cup milk
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (more cheese okay)
  • Brush baked biscuits with:
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder or garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon parsley flakes


  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Mix Bisquick, milk and egg together. Work into a soft dough, adding more baking mix if necessary. Knead in shredded cheese, working as little as possible.
  3. Drop dough by spoonsfuls onto greased cookie sheet (parchment paper works well, too).
  4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown
  5. Mix butter and garlic powder or garlic salt and parsley flakes; brush over warm bisquits before removing from cookie sheet.
  6. Serve immediately.
