Coconut Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 9 inch baked pie crust
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk, (NOT 2 CUPS as written on pudding mix directions)
  • 1 Package INSTANT vanilla pudding, (mix together per package directions unsing the 1 1/2 cups of milk)
  • 1/2 cup white coconut, to mix with pudding
  • 1/4 cup white coconut, to sprinkle on top of pie

Method

Fold 1/2 cup coconut into pudding mix Fold into cream Brown 1/4 cup coconut to sprinkle on top of pie
