Chicken, Crunchy Onion

  • 1 cup French's French fried onions
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 2 5 oz boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg beaten


  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Crush fried onions and combine with flour. Place in a flat dish such as a pie tin. Beat the egg in a bowl, dip chicken in the egg and then coat both sides with the onion crumbs. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes.
