Earl's French Silk Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces bitter chocolate
  • 1 stick butter
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • pie shell
  • ½ to 3/4 pt. whipped cream

Method

  1. 2 oz. bitter chocolate to melt over water. Cool before using.
  2. 1 stick butter at near room temperature. Cream
  3. Add 3/4 cup sugar and beat with butter. til fluffy.
  4. Add 1 raw egg and beat with butter and sugar for 5 minutes. Set timer and beat at least 5 minutes.
  5. Add another raw egg and beat for 5 minutes with timer also.
  6. Put filling in baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream 1/2 pt to 3/4 pt
