Easy Banana-pineapple Dessert

Ingredients

  • Sauce:
    • 2 eggs (pasteurized)
    • 2 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 cup soft butter
  • Crust:
    • 2 cup crushed graham crackers
    • ½ cup melted butter
  • Toppings:
    • 2 or 3 bananas
    • 20 to 30 oz crushed pineapple
    • 16 ounces Cool Whip
    • ½ cup chopped walnuts
    • Maraschino cherries

Method

Sauce

Beat eggs, powdered sugar and butter about 10 minutes.

Crust

Combine graham crackers and butter, press into 9 x 13 pan.

Pour sauce into pan; layer bananas and pineapple over sauce. Top with Cool Whip, sprinkle walnuts over top. Place 1 maraschino cherry on each serving piece.
