Mounds Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 extra lg Hershey bar

Method

  1. Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan in oven while preheating to 350 degrees.
  2. Add graham crackers to melted butter in pan, pat down. Bake about 7 minutes.
  3. Mix condensed milk and coconut, dab on crust, spread evenly with knife or spatula. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until light brown. 
  4. Break Hershey bar into small pieces, place on top, bake another minute or so. Smooth chocolate with spatula.
  5. Cool, cut into squares.
