New Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. new (red) potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon coarsely ground pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Wash potatoes, pat dry. Melt butter in cup, roll potatoes in butter to coat. Arrange in baking pan.
  3. Combine sugar, salt and pepper. Sprinkle mixture over potatoes. Bake 40 to 45 minutes
