Ingredients
8 or 9 potatoes, cooked and mashed
8 ounces pkg cream cheese
1 pint sour cream (with or w/o chives)
2 teaspoons onion salt
butter
Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream and onion salt with mixer.
Dot the top with butter.
Bake 1/2 hour.
