Rhodes Knot Rolls with Herb Butter


  • Herb & Parmesan Butter:
  • 2 sticks butter or margarine
  • 1 tablespoon Nature's Seasons seasoning blend
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
  • Rolls:
  • 12 Rhodes Texas rolls, thawed but still cold


  1. In a large metal bowl, beat butter with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Slowly add cheese while mixing on high. On low speed, mix in parsley and Nature's Seasons seasoning blend. Chill until ready to serve.
  2. Roll each roll into a 9 inch rope and tie in a knot. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap. Let double in size, remove wrap and bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Serve butter on the side with warm rolls.
