Taco Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground round (browned)
  • green onions
  • ½ head lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 avacado
  • 2 cans kidney beans
  • grated cheddar cheese
  • oil & vinegar or Italian dressing
  • tortilla chips

Method

  1. Fry ground beef and let cool slightly.
  2. Mix ingredients except chips--serve on side. 
  3. Be sure your meat is drained well before mixing with lettuce.
